Half Day The Chiang Mai's Ancient City Biking

Morning guide and bikes ready to meet guests at city hotel in Chiang Mai. After short brief commence riding through city area along Mae Ping River to make the first stop at Wat Koh Klang the local temple near by the river, then continue riding along the Ping river pass through local community next by the river, see some local life style. Continue riding to visit the underground ancient city of Wiang Kun Karm , riding to explore the history of King Mangrai's capital around 1287- 90. Frequent flooding caused Mangrai to move, but the place remained important throughout the Lanna period. The site was later buried under mud when the river changed course during the Burmese period. The area was restored as a historical park during the 1980's. Surrounded by paddy and village houses, the extensive site has a pleasant rural feel, the riding route will lead biker to several ruin temples. The temples have a Lanna style chedi and a finely decorated new viharn built in 1987. Wat Chedi Liem , the main feature of interest is the Haripunchai - style chedi built around 1286. It is a square stepped chedi with Buddha images in niches at each level. Continue riding back to the hotel along the old Chiangmai-Lanphun road with big Yang trees along the road, reach to the hotel at noon

Full Day Mountain Biking Hilltribe Village

Morning guide and bikes ready to meet guests at city hotel in Chiang Mai. Transfer north of the Chiang Mai to Chiang Dao area. Stop visit Chiang Dao Cave the biggest cave in Northern Thailand, view spectacular nature and historical Buddha image inside and continue to Lahu hilltribe village, after visit village commence cycle pass local road, Akha village, farm land and beautiful jungle to Karen Hill tribe village. Stop for lunch at village. After lunch commence riding along dirt road along the mountain saddle to visit Palong village and cycling back to pick up point. Re-board the vehicles and transfer back to Chiang Mai hotel.

Full Day National Park Ride

Morning guide and bikes ready to meet guests at city hotel in Chiang Mai, depart from Hotel travel for 2 hrs. to Doi Inthanon the highest mountain of Thailand, at the peak of the mountain, walking along the nature trail and visit the twin pagodas and Hmong market stop for lunch (boxes). After lunch go to MTB start point at the royal project commence the cycling along the dirt track pass some waterfall, Hill tribe village and The royal project farmland to pick-up point and finish the ride at the waterfall for rest and relax. Transfer back to hotel in Chiang Mai.

Morning guide and bikes ready to meet guests at city hotel in Chiang Mai, transfer to north of Chiang mai stop to visit an Orchid and butterfly farm on the way. Reach to mountain biking start point and commence biking on rural back road enjoy with local village view rice field and mountain saddle to the village where you will stop for lunch, after lunch start an exciting time apox.1 hr. White water rafting along the river to pick up point and transfer back to Chiang Mai.

Full Day - Village Biking

Morning guide and bikes ready to meet guests at city hotel in Chiang Mai, transfer to Mae On area, Start the biking through the asphalt road up and down through the mountain, stop on the way for lunch. After lunch MTB ride along the village road pass through local Thai houses, rice paddy field and farm land, along the ride you can explore the tropical Thai villages and temple of the village. The villages still remain the original Thai style with strong Buddhism influence, where there’re several temples we can visit along the route. Biking to pick up point, transfer to hot spring to relax your refreshment before transfer back to hotel in Chiang Mai.
